HPLC High-speed bag making machine control system

制袋長(cháng)度：30~900毫米，超長(cháng)時(shí)采用倍送；
制袋速度：?jiǎn)吻兴俣葹?0~250段／分鐘；
定位精度：優(yōu)于±0.2mm；
溫度控制：最高為300°C，一般配置十六路或二十四路， 控制穩定度±1℃。

Bag length：30~900 mm, skip mode for long bag；
Bag making speed：20~250 cuts/minute (single cutting speed);
Positioning accuracy：Better than ±0.2mm;
Temperature control：maximum temperature 300 °C, generally provided with 16-channel or 24-channel control, with control stability being ±1 °C.

INTRODUCTION

1、主電機采用伺服拖動(dòng)，牽引部為多軸聯(lián)動(dòng)控制；

2、該控制系統以PLC為主控單元，由觸摸屏提供友好的人機界面；

3、溫度部分由模塊集中控制，采用PID調節方式，它響應快、精度高；

4、放料線(xiàn)速度******為50m/min，放卷張力由磁粉制動(dòng)器實(shí)現自動(dòng)調節。

3、Heater temperature is centralized control by modular TC-8H with PID regulation. This method has the features of high precision and fast response;

4、Maximum linear feeding speed is 50 m/min,the automatic control of unwinding tension is realized by a magnetic powder braker.
